OUR PROCESS

Let us find for you qualified and experienced employees in Eastern Europe. To do so, we search, interview and select for you the best talents in the field of information technology and engineering. Once we have found qualified professionals who are open to offshoring, you can move them immediately and put them on your payroll. Alternatively, you can first test them remotely until you are ready for a more permanent move. Working on-site or remotely can also be a happy medium term. As you can see, working with Diversiti allows you to reduce the stress related to the entire moving process, both for you and for your future employees.

WE SELECT THE CANDIDATES

We evaluate potential candidates and screen the most suitable participants by conducting a survey :

  • interviews with HR. We conduct a non-technical skills assessment to determine the cultural fit of candidates based on the client's profile, values and ambitions.
  • Technical interviews. Our senior technical experts conduct and provide a detailed candidate assessment report.
  • Technical tests. We organize online tests according to the client's requirements.

YOU SELECT THE BEST FIT

We will organize your individual interviews with the pre-qualified candidates. At this stage, we give our clients complete freedom to choose the candidate they consider best suited to the position.

IF NECESSARY, WE WILL RELOCATE THE CANDIDATES

Once candidates are selected, we offer full relocation support and guarantee a successful boarding experience.
