Our Team
After several years of experience in recruitment, we decided to create our own firm together, with the mission of promoting professional integration and combating hiring barriers related to discrimination, whether based on age, gender, or disability.
Drawing on our background, we have often witnessed situations where candidates, despite their skills, faced biases or prejudices. By launching this firm, we aim to establish inclusive recruitment practices and support companies in valuing diversity within their teams.


Agnès Fritzkowska
With over 15 years of experience in recruitment, Agnès is the co-founder of Diversiti. She started her career in a recruitment agency before moving into the tech industry, working with both large corporations and startups, holding key roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Head of People. Her journey hasn’t always been easy as a Polish immigrant and woman, but these experiences have shaped her inclusive and committed approach to recruitment. She has worked in Berlin and Paris and brings international expertise and a deep understanding of HR challenges in high-growth environments.
Jean-Baptiste Goulin
Jean-Baptiste, co-founder of Diversiti, brings over 15 years of recruitment experience gained in specialized agencies, startups, and IT services companies. He has developed deep expertise in identifying and supporting talent for a wide range of roles, from junior to executive levels, across diverse industries. Committed to inclusive hiring, he leverages his skills to serve both companies and candidates, creating tailored and sustainable professional opportunities.
